Among the green hills of Maremma and overlooking the river Ombrone stands the farm "Il Poggio". This 17th century building is situated at 10 minutes from the splendid sea of Marina di Grosseto and Marina di Alberese, which are reachable crossing the Parco Naturale della Maremma. The farm is located in the centre of the Etruscan- Roman archaeological area.
It consists of a 90 square meters apartment which is made up of one kitchen, a very spacious hall (provided with a divan bed) and a double room with the possibility to add two extra beds.
You can enjoy excursions, relaxing walks and mountain bike rides through the suggestive olive grove till you reach the river bank.
Characterized by a welcoming atmosphere and cordiality , the family- run farm "Il Poggio" will offer you various typical products of the Maremma area such as milk, cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
